The story begins with a seemingly legitimate claim that Lisa Marie Presley, Elvis’s only child, had defaulted on a $3.8 million loan, leading to a foreclosure notice. However, this claim turned out to be a complete fabrication by a fake company called Naussany Investments & Private Lending. The company forged documents, including Lisa Marie’s signature, and nearly succeeded in having Graceland sold at auction.
